为保障安和化工与锦州石化公司合作供应链的合规性、稳定性，2025年12月16日，安和化工审计与业务团队赴锦州石化公司开展合作项目专项审计调研。本次活动以“合规核查+实地调研”为核心，行程涵盖审计要点座谈、企业文化展厅调研、生产区合规核查、办公流程台账核验等环节，锦州石化营销调运部相关负责人全程陪同对接。 Audit Background & Itinerary To ensure the compliance and stability of the cooperative supply chain between Anhe Chemical and Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, on December 16, 2025, the audit and business team of Anhe Chemical went to Jinzhou Petrochemical Company to carry out a special audit investigation on cooperative projects. Focusing on "compliance verification + on-site research", the itinerary includes audit key point discussion, enterprise cultural exhibition hall research, production area compliance verification, office process ledger verification and other links. Relevant responsible persons of the Marketing & Transportation Department of Jinzhou Petrochemical accompanied and docked throughout the process.

审计要点座谈：精准对接合规需求活动首站，双方在锦州石化营销调运部会议室开展审计座谈。安和化工审计团队明确本次审计聚焦“产品供应流程合规性、质量管控体系落地、台账数据可追溯性”三大核心要点；锦州石化团队同步展示了合作项目的流程文件、质量检测记录等基础材料，双方就审计范围、核查标准达成一致，为后续实地审计明确方向。 Audit Key Point Discussion: Precisely Docking Compliance NeedsAt the first stop of the activity, the two parties held an audit discussion in the conference room of the Marketing & Transportation Department of Jinzhou Petrochemical. The audit team of Anhe Chemical clarified that this audit focuses on three core points: "compliance of product supply process, implementation of quality control system, and traceability of ledger data"; the Jinzhou Petrochemical team simultaneously displayed basic materials such as process documents and quality inspection records of cooperative projects. The two parties reached an agreement on the audit scope and verification standards, clarifying the direction for subsequent on-site audits.

文化展厅调研：锚定企业合规底蕴，随后，审计团队参观锦州石化文化展厅，通过历史实物、发展展板及红色教育展区，深入了解企业的发展历程、合规经营理念及行业责任践行成果。展厅内的资质荣誉、流程沿革等内容，进一步印证了锦州石化的合规运营底蕴，为合作项目的风险评估提供了企业背景支撑。

Cultural Exhibition Hall Research: Anchoring Enterprise Compliance Heritage Subsequently, the audit team visited the cultural exhibition hall of Jinzhou Petrochemical, and gained an in-depth understanding of the enterprise's development history, compliant operation concept and industry responsibility practice achievements through historical objects, development display boards and red education exhibition areas. The qualification honors, process evolution and other contents in the exhibition hall further confirmed Jinzhou Petrochemical's compliant operation heritage, providing enterprise background support for risk assessment of cooperative projects.

生产区合规审计：直击流程落地实效，在锦州石化生产装置区，审计团队实地核查了合作产品的生产流程：重点检查了生产环节的安全操作规范、质量检测节点设置及环保措施落实情况，同步核对了生产记录与供应台账的一致性，直观验证了生产端的合规管控实效，为合作产品的质量稳定性提供了现场依据。 

Production Area Compliance Audit: Directly Hitting Process Implementation Effect In the production unit area of Jinzhou Petrochemical, the audit team conducted on-site verification of the production process of cooperative products: focusing on inspecting the safe operation specifications in the production link, the setting of quality inspection nodes and the implementation of environmental protection measures, and simultaneously checking the consistency between production records and supply ledgers, intuitively verifying the compliance control effect of the production end, and providing on-site basis for the quality stability of cooperative products.

办公区流程核验：夯实台账数据合规，最后，审计团队在办公区对合作项目的台账文件、流程审批记录进行逐项核验，重点核查了订单流转、质量报告、运输合规等关键环节的资料完整性与数据可追溯性，确保合作全流程的文档与实际操作一一对应，进一步夯实了项目的合规管理基础。

Office Area Process Verification: Consolidating Ledger Data Compliance Finally, the audit team verified the ledger documents and process approval records of the cooperative project item by item in the office area, focusing on verifying the data integrity and traceability of key links such as order circulation, quality reports, and transportation compliance, ensuring that the documents of the entire cooperation process correspond to actual operations one by one, and further consolidating the compliance management foundation of the project.

审计成效与后续方向

本次审计调研活动，安和化工与锦州石化公司不仅完成了合作项目的合规性核查，更通过实地走访深化了双方的互信与认知。双方一致确认当前合作流程符合合规要求，同时针对细节优化达成共识：后续将进一步细化台账数据的同步机制，强化生产与供应环节的信息联动，共同保障合作供应链的长期稳定、合规高效。
Audit Results & Follow-up Direction In this audit investigation activity, Anhe Chemical and Jinzhou Petrochemical Company not only completed the compliance verification of the cooperative project, but also deepened mutual trust and cognition between the two parties through on-site visits. The two parties unanimously confirmed that the current cooperation process meets compliance requirements, and reached a consensus on detail optimization: in the follow-up, the synchronization mechanism of ledger data will be further refined, and the information linkage between production and supply links will be strengthened to jointly ensure the long-term stability, compliance and efficiency of the cooperative supply chain.
