为保障安和化工与山东昆达生物科技有限公司合作供应链的合规性、连续性，本次审计采用“线下实地核查+线上定期跟踪”的组合形式：2025年10月9日，安和化工审计团队赴山东昆达开展线下实地审计；自2025年11月10日起，双方每周开展1次线上审计会议，累计完成5轮跟踪核查，全面覆盖合作项目的生产、供应、台账全流程。
Audit Background & Itinerary To ensure the compliance and continuity of the cooperative supply chain between Anhe Chemical and Shandong Kunda Biotechnology Co., Ltd., this audit adopts the combination of "on-site verification + regular online tracking": on October 9, 2025, the audit team of Anhe Chemical went to Shandong Kunda for on-site audit; starting from November 10, 2025, the two parties held 1 online audit meeting every week, and completed 5 rounds of follow-up verification in total, covering the entire process of production, supply and ledger of the cooperative project.

线下实地审计（2025.10.9） 线下审计首站，双方在山东昆达会议室开展审计启动座谈。安和审计团队明确本次审计聚焦“生物基原料供应合规性、生产工艺环保达标情况、质量检测体系完备性”三大核心维度；山东昆达团队同步展示了原料采购资质、生产流程文件等基础材料，为实地核查明确方向。

On-Site Audit (2025.10.9) At the first stop of the on-site audit, the two parties held an audit kick-off discussion in the conference room of Shandong Kunda. The audit team of Anhe clarified that this audit focuses on three core dimensions: "compliance of bio-based raw material supply, environmental protection compliance of production process, and completeness of quality inspection system"; the team of Shandong Kunda simultaneously displayed basic materials such as raw material procurement qualifications and production process documents, clarifying the direction for on-site verification.

随后，审计团队前往山东昆达生产区，实地核查合作原料的生产环节：重点检查了生产设备的合规运行记录、环保处理设施的日常运维台账，同步核对了生产批次与质量检测报告的一致性，直观验证了生产端的合规管控实效。

Subsequently, the audit team went to the production area of Shandong Kunda to verify the production link of cooperative raw materials on site: focusing on inspecting the compliant operation records of production equipment and the daily operation and maintenance ledger of environmental protection treatment facilities, and simultaneously checking the consistency between production batches and quality inspection reports, intuitively verifying the compliance control effect of the production end.

线上定期跟踪审计（2025.11.10起，共5轮） 自11月10日起，双方每周开展线上审计会议，针对线下核查的后续落实与供应流程动态优化进行跟踪： - 第1轮（11.10）：核验原料采购台账的更新完整性； - 第2轮：跟进生产环保设施的季度检测报告； - 第3轮：核对近期供应批次的质量检测数据； - 第4轮（12.1）：优化供应流程的信息同步机制； - 第5轮：总结审计问题的整改完成情况，明确后续合作的合规保障要点。

Regular Online Follow-Up Audit (Starting from 2025.11.10, 5 Rounds in Total)  Starting from November 10, the two parties held weekly online audit meetings to follow up the follow-up implementation of on-site verification and dynamic optimization of the supply process: - Round 1 (11.10): Verify the update integrity of raw material procurement ledger; - Round 2: Follow up the quarterly inspection report of production environmental protection facilities; - Round 3: Check the quality inspection data of recent supply batches; - Round 4 : Optimize the information synchronization mechanism of the supply process; - Round 5 :Summarize the rectification completion of audit issues, and clarify the compliance guarantee points for subsequent cooperation.

审计成效与后续方向

本次“线下+线上”结合的审计模式，既通过实地核查掌握了生产端的合规现状，又通过定期跟踪确保了问题整改的落地性。双方一致确认当前合作流程符合合规要求，同时达成共识：后续将固化“月度线上同步+季度实地抽检”的合规管理机制，持续保障合作供应链的稳定、高效、合规运行。
Audit Results & Follow-Up Direction This audit mode combining "on-site + online" not only grasped the compliance status of the production end through on-site verification, but also ensured the implementation of problem rectification through regular tracking. The two parties unanimously confirmed that the current cooperation process meets compliance requirements, and reached a consensus: in the follow-up, the compliance management mechanism of "monthly online synchronization + quarterly on-site sampling inspection" will be solidified to continuously ensure the stable, efficient and compliant operation of the cooperative supply chain.
